Hertford Street  Sept: 13th: 1782

Dear Sir

I enclose to you a letter that I have received from Captain King, in consequence of which I had an interview this morning with Mr Webber, & see clearly that unless some measures are immediately taken about getting proper paper for the engravings a considerable time will be lost, I therefore wish you would direct what should be done in this emergency. I understand that if we had the paper now in our possession the whole could not be finished in less than a twelve month, so that I much wish you would contrive to put this matter
