Dear Sir

I had the honr. of your Letter dated 4th of Decr. by Sr Jnº. Taylor.  I will wait on that Gentleman sometime soon.

I give you my best thanks for the Various news and information containd in your kind Letter, believe me I will ever be gratefull for all your goodness to me.  I have seen Dr Oloff Swarts [Olof Swartz] and shewen what civilities I could in person and by Letters to Kingston.  He is gone to Hispaniola where I hope he will meet with many new things.  I have his inaugural Deportation, De Muscis which I value much.  He means to return by London and pay you a Visit in his Way to Sweden.
