to serve Mankind in General and this Nation in Particular - and I am tould kind providence has blest you with the means to cary on your Plan, I sincearly wish you Success in all your publick and privit undertakings, and may your Name be handed down in the Brittish  Annals, with the greatest Honour, is the Earnest wishes of him who thinks near as you do, but wants the means, and am.-
