Mr Menzies to Receive £150 Pounds a year for every charge of salary Mess servants wages &c &c.

himself & his Servant to be entered as supernumeraries for Provisions only but his Servant to be placed in same situation in which his time as a seaman may go on.

His Servant was in the Prundents [Prudent] Foretop during the late [indecipherable] & is 17 years of age
