likewise send you copy of a letter from Mr. Coggan to Capt. F. relative to the Miner & Gardiner. I have been very much engaged otherwise I would have paid my respects to you. We have had communications with the Navy Board about accommodating the Hemp Men every thing relative to them is in train.  We have received the Hemp which we intend dividing on different ships.
