My Dear Sir,

In making the allowance to Captain Flinders and his officers the Court had in contemplation the Accommodation that was to be afforded to the Scientific Men that were to proceed in his ship and indeed it would appear that Captain Flinders understood it to as you will perceive by the copy of a letter from him to me which I have the honor to enclose.
