NB.  The N. B. informed Capt. Flinders that his Whale Boats having been provided by his particular occur... an order for another boat cannot be given but have no objection to an alteration of the smaller one being fitted to row with 4 instead of 5 oars.  I have directed their officer at Sheerness to fitt her accordingly -
