Mr W Pecklinton is amerced in the Court for 30 rod of dyke fencing which is charged at 6s per rod he thinks it should be no more than 1 shilling. The [indecipherable] gave notice when they [rode?] the [indecipherable] which was for the first time to the people who were deficient but Mr Pecklinton's name was not on that list.
