Mr Stephenson says that the [Severals?] of Mareham were stakd meadow before the Enclosure & that Consequently the Proprietors had right of Soil upon them & Soil is Certainly not mentioned in the act
he Says also that Mr Langton had posession of that Part of the Parks between my allottment & Revesby before the award was made which Consequently is as far as relates to the East boundary a mistake
