Steet has in his Posession a valuation of the Estate of Lord Enderly by Mr Parkinson on a single Sheet do do dated Sept 30 1794 in which the [Pricer?] mode of cropping is stated. a statement of the exchanges & allottments at en Enderly signed Maxwell Clifton
Mr Parkinson mode of cropping recommended in Lord Enderly is ¼ Barley ¼ Turnips ¼ Clover ¼ Wheat the land to be kept perpetualy in arable & a proper proportion of each farm to be kept perpetualy in Pasture this seems to depend upon the quality of the land for in one instance he has 27. acres Pasture; 35 do arable; in another 44 do Pasture & Meadow; 40 do arable
