Novr. 12

My Dear Sir Wm.

I do not know whether or not a Regular Faculty has been Obtaind but hear a proceeding will Legalise the Demolition of a [indecipherable] be to he [indecipherable] that has the Brother of a Bishop among the Canonici nigares.

The whole business of the Church is with us carried on in for search a manner so secret and all Enquiries of the Layity met with a mark'd caution that in the Case of a Culprit would Rouse Suspicion  no wonder therefore if I am unable to answer this and many other necessary Questions.

Will you be good Enough to me to put me into the hands of a proper person who may will make for me such Enquiries & Searches as may be found necessary.  I will most thankfully liquidate his Charges.
