Dear Madam,

I have just received a Letter from HRH the Princess Dowager of Orange containing the following passage which I beg your Ladyship will have the goodness to communicate to Sir Joseph. 

Je en empresse de vous [indecipherable] de votre Lettre qui en annonce un nouveau don de M. le Chevalier Banks, Le Superb Royal fera rue avec reconnaissance ce.  Veuille [indecipherable] remerlies ainsi qu du precedent envai qui [indecipherable] de en entrer ce matin.  Je ferai bien aile d'apprende que la porcelaine fait arrivee a' Lady Banks en box etat.  I expect the china every day.
