Admiralty Office, 6.th March. 1811.

Sir,

Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letter of the 4th instant, stating that the drawing of Sydney Town and Cove, intended to be engraved for publication in Captain Flinders's voyage, has been executed by Mr Westall to your satisfaction, and recommending that his charge, of twenty guineas, for the same, should be paid; I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you, and to request that you will be pleased to inform the Artist, that he should apply, at the Navy Office, whither an order is sent for paying to him the sum of twenty guineas
