Sirs

Having now receivd from Mr Westhall the first Drawing intended to be Engraven for Capt Flinders Voyage, the cost of which is 20 Guineas, I beg you to move their Lordships for instructions in what manner I am to certify this & the future Bills I shall receive, & where they are to be presented for payment.

Mr Marshall wishes to have the Pictures he painted for the Admiralty confided to him for some improvement he has thought of. I see no objection, if their Lordships do not, to this
