Each weekly, with power for the Committee to remit that charge in cases of poverty. That the children receiving instruction in the School on becoming irregular in their attendance shall be fined or expelled at the discretion of the Committee. That the Children admitted shall be obliged regularly to attend their respective places of Worship, and that at public examinations such attendance will be taken into consideration in adjudging Premiums. That on no account whatever shall the hours of attendance at the School be infringed upon by permitting as formerly any portion of the children to receive instruction elsewhere during School Hours. That Mr. Hynd shall divide the School into eight Districts, and that two Members of Committee be appointed to visit the Children in those Districts, - enquire the reason of their neglecting to attend the School, - the ability of the Parents or Guardians to pay, and to report to the Committee accordingly.
