Sir

Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your Letter of this day's date, relative to a Picture produced by Mr. Westhall, intended for the Publication of Captain Flinders's Voyage;  I am commanded to acquaint you that their Lordships have given an Order to the Navy Board for payment of the Sum of Forty Guineas to Mr Westhall for the Picture in question.  I have the honor to be,
