Admiralty Office. 16th. Decemr 1811.

Sir,

Having laid before my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty your letter of the 6th instant, accompanied by a proof impression of a view in King George's sound, intended for publication in the account of Captain Flinders's voyage, and requesting that the sum of forty five guineas may be paid to Mr. Byrne, the engraver of the plate; I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you that an order is given to the Navy Board for payment of that sum to Mr. Byrne.
