What I have to request then is that all such addittions without exception on any account whatsoever be printed in a character different from that in which the Original writing of our Friend is printed 

it is common in books of natural history to print in different types, scarcely one but in every page gives an instance of it so that the appearance cannot be [indecipherable] by it & the reason may easily be explained in the preface or a note             

by this means every reader will gain a true knowledge of what really is the work of Solander & whatever merit the Editor may have will likewise be justly attributed to [indecipherable] Fenkohl who died in Arabia left many
