Warrior in Cawsand Bay
April 25th 1805

Sir

      I beg you will do me the honor to represent to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, that His Majesty being graciously pleased to appoint me to the Government of the Colony in New South Wales, I request the favor of their Lordships to allow me to be superceded from the Warrior, in order that I may comply therewith.
