Sir

I am authorised by Lord Camden, to whom I have submitted your letter this morning, to acquaint you that his Lordship has no objection to the arrangement you propose for fixing the salary of the Governor of N.S. Wales at 2,000£ per An. from the date of Capt. Bligh's Commission & that one moiety of that salary shall be paid to him from the same date to the day he shall take upon him the administration
