avail'd myself of an Opportunity that has unexpectedly apper'd [appeared] by a light Ship viz the Julius Caesar Captain Noosely of sending You a few young Trees to Yr. former Request, which I think You cannot, (from the State they are in, & from the Care, which I flatter myself will be taken of them,) fail to receive in good Order - They are address'd (with a Bill of Lading) to the Care of Mr. Vaughan, Mercht & Gentleman who has shewn me many Civilities in my official Capacity -

Mr. More was so kind as to send me to my Request, a Receipt [Recipe?] for making Brandy Sweetmeats after the French Manner, - I have desir'd him to present You with a few Mangoes preserv'd according to that Process
