Resolved

" That Dr. Shaw be directed to separate in the Rooms of the Basement Story
1st.  All the Articles which appear to him worth preserving .
2d.   All the duplicates .
3d.   All the refuse which ought to be either sold or destroyed
And that he be also directed to accelerate as much as possible the execution of the above Order , so as to enable Mr. Planta to compleat [complete] his Report on the State of the Basement Story by the next General Meeting."
