Furniture must be made there or Purchased from the Present Governor

Beds, Linnen, Plate, Table Furniture must be provided

Clerks & Servants he can have from the Convicts

Lady Nelson has a Lieut,  Porpoise a Commander, Buffalo a Commander 2 Lieuts.

No Governor Commands a Ship & has the Pay he ought to have & Post Ship.  King has a Commanders Ship only

Never inconvenience arose from Capt Woodriffes Commanding the Governor when on Fleets.
