Capt Bligh should have permission to expend a sum not exceeding £500 in the Purchase of Fruit Trees usefull Plants seeds &c &c in the East Indies & the Isle of France where all the spices & many more valuable vegetables are in abundance

Might it be expedient for him to drop at Norfolk Isle such trees &c for the use of the Colony there & at Sydney Cove
