A Stout Roomy well built Ship now on the Stocks at Newcastle upon Tyne and ready for launching   about 240 or 50 Tons Measurement – Plain built Bark with her twixt not laid - Cabin fitted - to be delivered in the River Thames - as under --

One Set of Masts and Yards, Standing and Running Rigging
2 Bower Anchors
2 Kedges
2 Bower Cables 120 fathom each
1 Steam    do - 90 - do
1 Towline - 90 - do
1 Warp - 100 -  do
1 Suit of Sails
With other Article necessary to Navigate Her to the River Thames
