Ld Howe to whom I showd this Letter on the 18th Dec Agreed with me in the propriety of sending discretional orders to Mr. Bligh and promised they should be [indecipherable] dispatchd    I wrote to him and advisd him not to give up the attempt by Cape Horn without a trie.
