light - all this I understand understood perfectly, but I cannot see how any blame cou'd possibly fall upon you - it must therefore rest with me, and I am sorry to observe that after having wrote to my Relations what has happened, and stopped every kind of preparation for the voyage, it will be very inconvenient to for me to accept of the terms offer'd, even as they now stand.
