however doing very well such as Apples, Pears, Apricots, Peaches & Almonds, the Peaches have borne fruit eighteen months after the stone was put in the Ground.
Oranges & Lemons are also beginning to bear. Should the Porpoise bring the plants safe; we shall be well stock'd. I beg to apologize for this intrusion, but knowing you to be much interested in the prosperity of this Colony I am sure you will forgive me. I beg my respects to Lady & Miss Banks and Complements to Mr. Dryander, Mr. Corea, Mr. Hatchet &c &c &c.
