          I beg leave to Inform you that I lost no time in presenting your Second Pettition to the Board and they have been pleased to Give the Following Answer (The Board are not authorized to remit the Duty on these Birds).

          I Submit Sir whether you will pleasd to make a Application to the Rt Honble the Lords of the Treasury when I have no doubt but their Lordships would Order them to be delivered Duty free
