point out many essential Services that can be render'd the Colony by the Buffalo on her present Voyage, which appear to me to be entirely over-looked.  My inclination, as well as duty, will lead me to this ;  althº: [although] no notice has been taken of me for the exertions I have made, and the risks I have run, during the long space of eight Years, in assisting to bring that beautiful Country to its present flourishing state.  I have the honor to be, Sir, with the greatest respect,
