Honoured Sir
I hope your goodness will excuse the Intrusions of this Dictatee by a desire the writer hath of trying his fortune in the distant regions of Botoney Bay and understanding Sir that you have the directions of this Business under the authority of Government I here presume to Solicit an Interview when you please to apoint to acquaint you of my Trade, Famely and the motives that induce me to form such a resolution and to request a knowledge of the terms Government treats with Tradesmen and Mecanicks of Character on this Business.
