The Humble Petition of Evan Evans
Sheweth

That your Petitioner have a Daughter and Son in Law at a place call Richmond Hill Oxborough New South Wales Botany Bay, and they left England 2 years last January his name is Edward Pugh, your Goodness was pleased to direct him how to go, he had a fine passage and does do very well they have wrote several Letters to me wishing me and my family to come to them and leave England, but I dont know where nor how to act as I have no friend to advise me, we are all wishful to go but cant tell how to make my Application or to who, pray pardon the great liberty I have taken to crave your Honours Advice, and if I should seem worthy your Notice.
Will as in Duty Bound ever Pray.
