finishing. We beg pardon for having deceived their Lordships in respect to the time, which we could not foresee, and must beg their candour and indulgence to wait the time now mentioned. 

We have the pleasure to say that we have not the least doubt but the execution of this will be superior to that we before had the honor of making. We are exceedingly obliged by your kind favour, and remain with the highest respect

P.S. Our Mr Boulton set off for Cornwall Ten days ago, but before his departure saw the state of the Terrene and much urged its quick dispatch - and  accordingly were as much intent as ever about it's forwardness & compleation.
