Sir,
I was honord with your Commands this Morning, and take leave to acquaint you that having advice from Colonel Murray, & the 2 Baskets of Seeds pr Frances, I sent a person down the River for them, this morning. But as the Ship only reports her cargo to day at the Custom house it may be a few days before I can get them up, and when the Worcester comes round from Portsmouth I will not fail to Send for the growing plants, that you Expect by that ship.
I am sir, your most obedient humble Servant
D. Maclean
