Norwich, Jan. 8. 1798.

Dear Sir

          I beg your's & Lady Banks' pardon for not asking if you would have any turkeys.  I was in such a hurry when in town I forgot it.  Please to favour me with a line to say when you would have the first sent, or (to save you trouble) if we hear nothing, my Mother will buy one next Saturday. 

          You recollect, I dare say, the uncertainty there has always been about Cardamine petræa, in Scotl.d.  I think the Scotch plant figd. in Lightfoot a new one, & I believe the plant of Hort. [Hortus] Elthamensis is Arabis hispida Linn: which I have also from Scotland, & wch. is by mistake called
