Col S will give him all the assistance his station will enable him to do & he may live cheaper in Canada than in England.

I would advise him to come to London where by making his [indecipherable] & his Proficiency known he will join friends & be in the way of being thought of when opportunity happens which if war does not take place maybe very soon.
