On his arrival here Mr Davidson having represented the many Civilities and Attentions he had received from you, as also the very great Assistance afforded him, while purchasing sheep for the Emperor, I am directed by His Imperial Majesty, to thank you in the warmest manner for the favors thus conferred on him.  Should there be any thing in the Animal, Vegetable, or Mineral Kingdom, in his Dominions which you might imagine, could be of the least
