Dear Sir

Having left Hinchingbrook the day before yesterday I did not recieve yours of the 9th till this evening.

I think you much mistake my meaning when I pressed you to do all you could to forward the procuring the paper; I mean nothing but to recommend dispatch & have not the most distant wish that Mr Webber or any other person should be employed in this business:
