the settlers selling anything for liquor, & particularly their live stock [?]. That Colony, but I will not prophesy. There is a Lt. Donnevan, & a Mr Consendent who was one of the Assistant Surgeons, now in town: they came home in the Kitty & I wish you could see them, they may be heard of at the Navy Board, or at the Treasury if you would take the trouble of writing a note.
