your coming to this.  I thought it sufficient Time to acquaint You of my Complaint.  As to Mr. Tetley's and Mr. Lye's Complaint against me, I hope I have never given them just Grounds for, Neither do I know what they are.  But conscious of having done my Duty as an Officer will enable me with pleasure to  meet the strictest Scrutiny into my Conduct.  I am, Sir,
