Dear Sir

 The Bearer of this is Mr. Lang Commander of the Lady Nelson who you have heard much of from me - If he gets over the business that takes him home - I need not recommend him to your notice as he is one I have the highest esteem for - and shall be very happy to see him return to this country again - as Commander to the Lady Nelson
