Be good enough to call upon Sir Evan Nepean and request him from me to read this letter & advise you how to proceed.  I can trust his friendship to me will induce him to take your case into his consideration & advise you how to act, be good enough also to show it to Mr Cook in whose friendship I know I can put my trust for any thing he can with propriety do on this occasion which  I can aprise you brings on my mind some bitter feelings.  I will say no more at present till I hear from you again.
