constrained to pass with those implements of husbandry he carried out with him, at a great loss, receiving a Bill to the Amount of £740 which has been protested and finally left in indigence and distress.

          Under this accumulation of aggravated suffering, the Member request me, to solicit their Lordships attention to the extreme hardship of his Case. - which I do in the most earnest manner. -
