permit me Sir to return you my Sincere thanks for the Ten Pound Note which you have been So kind to Send me and which I this morning Received from Gov. King be assured Sir neither any part of the former Twenty Pounds which y[our] Liberality advanced me nor any part of this Ten Pound has been or shall be applied to any but necessary uses. indeed will be the means of making me Comfortable
- G. S- hopes Sir Josepth Banks and Lady Banks enjoys a good State of Health as also Mrs Banks Mr and Mrs Aufriere [Aufrere]
