Instruct Troops to respect all public and private property of both the Europeans and natives
Prepare defensive positions to resist boat landings
Protect water supplies
Supplies required to be requisitioned for and receipts given so that they may be afterwards paid for
If necessary [limit?] prices of commodities and hours and places of trading
Protect forts, magazines, Barracks, Stores, Bridges piers wharves etc.
