I can Get No More than 5s/11d in the Pound was Pay'd.  There Appears to me to be A Large Surplus in hand, Which their Lordships I Humbly Hope Will Suffer me to be Satisfy'd From.  Mr. Sheath how And When it Were Settled And by Whom And Who has the Accounts in Possession The Letter I gave Mr. Banks Was An Address to the Hon.ble Judges Of the Bench.  If Worthy Sir by Your Asking for a Tesitment [testament ?] of this Address.  I Shou'd hope through your Interest, I Might be so happy As to be Righted. Every Honest Man Ought to be Acquainted With their Affairs I Have a Regular Certificate being date 28th of October 1784, Sign'd Thurlowe.  I shou'd Not have been so troublesome But Was Always Answer'd that I shou'd Not be Suffer'd to throw And Laughh at the Cause.  At Present I have No Money At Cam.  Kind Sir You Now being in this Hon.ble Office I wish to Merit Your best Services to me
