Lord Grenville.  Mr Richards trusts S Jos: Banks will not be offended at the liberty he takes (in consequence of the flattering testimony Sr Jos Banks was pleased to give of his Plan) of expressing a wish that S. Jos: Banks will be pleased when he sees Lord Grenville to recommend it if it should deserve Sr Jos: Banks recommendation - & Mr Richards trusts in the Conducting it (should it be approved of) Sr Jos: Banks will have no occasion to regard his recommendation of it.
