Four Thousand Acres of Land to be chosen by themselves himself, in any spot not diapprov'd of by the Governor, fo[sic] satisfactory Reasons
[At Right of above paragraph] } Approved
To be allow'd useful Convicts Victualled & Clothed by Government for twelve Eighteen Months in the proportion of one to every hundred Acres & at the times when their services shall be required by Mr Blaxland, but when once committed to his care, not be return'd to Government ^ & changed uring that time unless guilty of gross Misconduct

Passage for Mr Blaxland, his Wife, and three Children, female servants, and Bailiff, Rations during the Voyage, and Tonnage adequate to the conveyance of his goods & Implements 15 Tons a list of which Mr Blaxland will transmit to Mr Cooke

If there should be room in the Vessel after the Government Stores are shipped places are to be made at the expence [expense] of Government, for Four Sheep & stowage allowd for Hay & Water, the Sheep and Provender to be provided by Mr Blaxland to be done

Mr Blaxland engages to employ a capital of not less than Three Thousand Pounds in the Colony of New South Wales
