RECEIPT of Assessments on Spirits landed from Ships in New South Wales, from the 1st day of August 1801, to the 31st day of December 1804, appropriated to the Gaol Fund - Collected by JOHN HARRIS Esq. Naval Officer.

NB.  In the Factory, cultivating Flax and Hemp, preparing and manufacturing it into Linen and sail cloth, and manufacturing Wool into Blanketing, there are now employed Men (including Invalids) 49;  Women 95;  giving employment to 12 Looms.      
Expence of building a stone Bridge across the head of the Cove at Sydney (as per plan), containing 3990 square yards  307  0  0
