I said good bye to all the sisters and nurses and friends whom I knew in Wandsworth and proceeded by taxi to Greyhound Road (Hammersmith) to the A.I.F. Kit Store to overhaul my valise. I found everything in good order took what I wanted and went to A.I.F. Hqrs. after which I went to Liverpool St. Station left my luggage and had a good meal in the Great Eastern Hotel.
